Great place to get away and forget about life for a week or two.

Staff was very friendly and personable. As a solo traveler, I had a really good time hanging with them. They even hooked me up with a bike so I could get around town. Place was super clean and they were up cleaning every morning. Random mix of people staying there and got me meet some really cool people. The place is in a great location and it was super easy to get to the beach or downtown.

Very chill atmosphere, great staff

The staff treats you like family, they are really great! Very chill atmosphere, good to relax. Location is very good, one block away from the main street, very close to the supermarket and many restaurants. Breakfast is great too. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and the wifi is pretty good.

They have great kitchen and provide products for breakfast so you can prepare yourself! Great rooftop space where you can watch sunset and staff was not really employees but real friends of the huespedes!:)

Friendly staff, room was ok

Very friendly staff, nice and homey atmosphere. There is an open kitchen where you have an option to prepare yourself a breakfast (2 eggs per person for free, bread, cereals, milk, etc.) The room was okay, shared bathroom too. Location is good but if you wanna go to the beach, count with like at least 30 minutes by bike.

Since Tulum is a very humid city I would consider installing A/C to the rooms because two fans really don't help to beat the hot and humid weather inside. Couldn't really sleep well because of that and also the bed was pretty small and uncomfortable for two people. The bathroom deserves more attention when it comes to a regular cleaning. And we were really missing some hangers where we could put our wet clothes on - in Tulum, it is very very hard to dry things up. We were also missing a mirror, couldn't find it anywhere in the hostel.

Will not stay there again.

Close to the main road to catch the collectivo. Staff spoke English, friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Smell in the room.Dirty ventilator. No signs outside with the hostel nsme. Not easy to find. Dirty facilities.Not really good value for money. Instead spending the money on the inside building decorations,better upgrade the rooms and facilities.
